2. Products & Specifications
All fabric specifications (GSM, color, width, composition, etc.) will be shared during the order confirmation process.
Slight variations (5–10%) in color, GSM, and texture may occur due to production processes.
Customization or special orders are developed based on client requirements.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders are accepted only after written confirmation.
Production begins after receiving an advance payment (as mutually agreed).
Balance payment must be made before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
All prices are subject to change based on raw material fluctuations.
4. Lead Time & Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on order quantity, customization, and yarn availability.
S.K KNITS is not liable for delays due to transportation issues, strikes, natural calamities, or factors beyond our control.
Shipping charges are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.
5. Quality Assurance
All fabrics undergo internal quality checks before dispatch.
Customers must verify fabric specifications during order confirmation.
In case of discrepancies, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, text, images, and designs are the exclusive property of S.K KNITS.
Unauthorized copying or misuse is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
S.K KNITS is not responsible for:
Damages due to incorrect garmenting/processing
Losses from misuse of the product
Delays caused by third-party logistics
Our liability is limited to replacement or refund as per the Return Policy.
8. Governing Law
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of local courts in Bengaluru,Karnataka.
