REFUND / RETURN POLICY – S.K KNITS
At S.K KNITS, we strive to deliver high-quality fabrics.
Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns or replacements are considered only if:
The product received is damaged
Wrong fabric, GSM, color, or width was delivered
There is a genuine manufacturing defect
Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Cut fabrics (fabric cut as per customer’s order)
Custom-dyed colors
Customized GSM / widths
Logo jacquard ribs or special designs
Items damaged after delivery
Improper storage or faulty garment processing
3. Return Process
Email or call us with your issue.
Provide photos/videos of the defect.
Our QC team will review the claim.
If approved, we will arrange replacement or discuss the next steps.
The product must be returned unused and in original condition.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only when:
Replacement is not possible
Wrong product was supplied
Defect is verified and return is accepted
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of approval.
5. Shipping Cost
If the error is from our side, return shipping is covered by us.
If the error is from customer side, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before production begins.
Once yarn procurement or knitting has started, cancellation is not allowed.
